The sudden loss of someone loved one is painful, it's disgusting and is one of the most slighted feelings that may exist. The essential point in the analysis is that human rights are inalienable and inherent to every human being, regardless of social status, race, religion or national origin. Moreover, experience shows that whenever the death penalty is applied, some people die, while others who committed similar or worse crimes are not sentenced to death. The convicts executed are not necessarily only those who have committed the worst crimes, but those who were too poor or did not have help from family, they could not hire a lawyer to defend them according to their needs or those who faced tax and judges more severe.
