The president highlighted that in this centenary year, we give the first steps to build the foundations of the effective state that leads to Mexico to higher levels of development, "which undoubtedly is of great importance not only for the most important entity in the country, but for the whole Republic.

During the inauguration of the Regional Forum for the Prevention and Eradication of Trafficking in Persons, held in Toluca, Mexico state representative acknowledged that only through comprehensive social and public policies may abate the scourge of human trafficking and violence against women that hurt the whole society.

also the State of Mexico Governor Enrique Peña Nieto, noted that violence against women goes beyond law enforcement and public safety and requires all the instruments available to the State to address this phenomenon, but also the combined efforts of civil society organizations and international agencies.
